* ATP pilots license, including English Proficiency endorsement (EPE)

* First Class Medical Certificate

* Minimum flight experience of 3500 hours flight time, 200 PIC, 1000 multi-engine jet

* No accidents / incidents, violations DUI/DQI as reported by the FAA

* Valid passport and drivers license

* Bachelors Degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related field

* 5+ years Corporate Aviation experience

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

* Good communication skills-effective with senior management, customers, and outside service personnel

* Good crew resource management skills

* Strong customer service experience with passengers

* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to travel on short notice with changing schedules, overnights, and weekend travel

* Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) for corporate aviation

* Reside within 1 hour drive of Kansas City Airport
