Our company is growing, and we are looking to fill a Concrete Foundation Foreman position in the Chicagoland Area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Foundation Foreman role. The Foundation Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the foundation team, managing schedules and workforce planning, supervising, building layout, communicating with team members and clients, carpentry, and maintenance work to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concrete Foundation Construction
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
• Experience with concrete pouring and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• In depth knowledge of building foundation layout
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with customers, project managers, crews, and subcontractors.
• Tracks time sheets, materials, delivery ticket, and daily reports.
