Property Care Assistant Foreman

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Lifescape Assistant Foreman can work well with others, takes direction, and directly supports the Foreman. Responsible for quality control, following safety protocols, leading the crew in the Foreman's absence, and other duties.

COMPENSATION: $47,840-$50,000 per year

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute daily essential property care duties including but not limited to, mowing, weeding, pruning, deadheading, spring/fall clean up, and edging
• Proactively report problem areas/concerns to Foreman and Garden Manager for evaluation
• Review and complete picture punch lists daily and follow up with Foreman and Garden Manager with questions
• Work together with Foreman by maintaining communication on job sites, conducting pre/post site walk throughs, and in managing crew members
• Promptly notify Production Manager(s), Foreman, and People Operations of accidents and injuries and follow reporting protocols
• Assume Foreman duties when designated Foreman is absent
• Attend weekly skills and safety trainings
• Assist foreman in monitoring crew hours
• Assist foreman in monitoring crew hours
• Assist in seasonal snow removal
• Other projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year of previous residential or commercial property care/landscape maintenance experience
• Colorado horticulture, pest, and disease knowledge
• Previous experience operating snowplows, truck and trailers, box trucks, and other maintenance equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
• Valid driver's license in good standing (preferred)
